Privacy Policy

A SHS company s.r.o., ID No.: 05724155, with its registered office at Sadová 542, Černý Vůl, 252 62 Statenice (“Controller”) processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and other legal regulations.

In order to comply with the legal obligations arising from Act No. 326/1999 Coll. on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic, as amended

Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees, as amended

Act No. 337/1992 Coll., on the administration of taxes and fees, as amended

the following categories of personal data are processed: passport number/ID card number, first name and surname, place of residence and date of birth, based on the presentation of a valid travel document or ID card

The Controller will process personal data manually and automatically directly through its authorized employees and also through processors authorized by the Controller on the basis of personal data processing agreements.

The list of entities/categories of recipients to whom the data subject’s personal data may be disclosed are:

Foreign Police of the Czech Republic, Police of the Czech Republic, supervisory authorities of the Prague 1 Municipal Office (local fees)

The Controller will process personal data for the following periods: in the case of reservations and guest records, 180 days; house registers, registration books, and reports to the foreign police (applies only to foreign nationals) – 6 years.

The data subject has the right to access their personal data processed by the Controller, to correct or delete it, or to restrict its processing, and the right to object to its processing. – (does not apply to the fulfillment of the above-mentioned legal obligations).

The data subject also has the right to obtain from the Controller personal data concerning the data subject and which the data subject has provided to the Controller. Upon request by the data subject, the Controller shall provide the data subject with the data without undue delay in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or, at the request of the data subject, provide it to another clearly designated controller. This right does not apply to personal data that is not processed automatically.

The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to third countries.

If the data subject believes that their personal data is being processed unlawfully, they may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which for the territory of the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
